How long does shipping take?

Once your order is placed, we will dispatch your order to shipping within 3 business days, and you will receive a shipping confirmation email with the tracking number included. Delivery times may vary depending on your location. 

 

Can I return or exchange a pouch?

As a small business with limited capacity, we currently aren’t set up to handle returns or exchanges unless the item is damaged or defective. If something’s not right with your order, please reach out to us within 7 days of delivery and we’ll do our best to make it right—we’re here to help and truly appreciate your support.

 

What materials do you use?

We craft our pouches from high-quality, lightweight cotton fabrics sourced from suppliers renowned for their consistent texture and color. Our materials include premium Taiwanese imports that honour Mia's home country and the celebrated Liberty of London Tana Lawn® cotton.

 

​​Do you offer custom designs?​​

Yes! If you have a specific idea or need the perfect gift for a special occasion, contact us, and we’ll create a custom design just for you. Please note that custom designs are based on availability, provided your order meets our minimum quantity requirement.
